Elvire

Elvire is a dedicated facilitator of psychedelics, breathwork and somatic healing. Initially drawn to working in the field of mental care, Elvire’s journey began with a degree in Psychology—but despite years of personal therapy and self-awareness, she noticed that her anxious patterns remained unchanged. This realization sparked a deeper inquiry beyond talk therapy, guiding her toward embodied healing.

Elvire was first introduced to plant medicine through her family, sparking a personal healing journey that led her to train with the Synthesis Institute. Her path expanded to include Rebirthing Breathwork—now a core part of her practice—and deepened through training in Somatic Trauma Therapy with a focus on Parts Work.

Elvire’s approach is grounded in compassionate curiosity, deep respect for the autonomy of each person, and a commitment to helping individuals find the healer within. Whether through plant medicine, breathwork, or somatics, her work is centered on nurturing connection, emotional safety, empowerment, and self-discovery.

Today her work has a strong foundation in psychology and trauma-informed care, in equal parts to more traditional forms of healing.
